Here’s how: The user has a problem in mind and is looking for an answer. Maybe they just found out that the problem they are facing has a name. Then they became aware that your online store is one of the potential solutions for them.

You should convince them that you they are the best possible solution for their needs.
The awareness stage is the first point of contact you have with your prospects.
As the name suggests, these top-funnel prospects are aware of their problem and your brand, whether through social media, referral, Google search, or just by chance.
Your first goal is to attract as many users as possible at this stage.
But no anything the visitor would do. You need visitors who are interested in your products, so you can move on to the next step more easily.
